By using g-draft, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. License

g-draft is open-source software licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute the software in accordance with the terms of that license.

2. "Bring Your Own Agent" (BYOA)

g-draft is an orchestrator for local AI agents. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the necessary API keys, subscriptions, and permissions required to use your chosen AI providers (e.g., Anthropic, Google, OpenAI).

3. Accuracy of AI Output

g-draft uses large language models to generate commit messages, PR descriptions, and code reviews.

Disclaimer: AI-generated content can contain errors, hallucinations, or security vulnerabilities. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content generated by g-draft before committing or pushing it to a repository.

4. Limitation of Liability

g-draft is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

5. Responsibility for Code

You retain full responsibility for the code you ship. g-draft’s "Review" and "Audit" features are aids to help identify potential issues but should not be treated as a substitute for professional security audits or human peer review.

We encourage contributions and feedback. Please maintain a professional and respectful environment when interacting with the g-draft community on platforms like GitHub or X.
